This position involves providing strategic legal guidance to the organisation, supervising legal matters, and ensuring robust governance practices are maintained across all business operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervising and managing corporate legal matters including company registration, corporate structuring, and governance compliance
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, and legal instruments required for business operations
- Providing pragmatic legal advice to senior management and operational teams on corporate and commercial matters
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Indonesian corporate law, regulations, and internal company policies
- Managing relationships with external legal advisors and coordinating legal support as required
- Overseeing the maintenance of corporate legal documentation and records
- Advising on regulatory requirements specific to the food and beverage industry in Indonesia
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions where applicable
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks across the organisation
- Mentoring and supervising junior legal staff where required
