We are seeking a qualified and motivated professional with a legal background to join our team as a Legal Consultant . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing corporate licensing and immigration consulting services to both local and international clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (SH) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of company licensing, PMA, PMDN, OSS/NIB, Visa, and KITAS procedures
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in corporate legal services, corporate secretarial work, business consulting, or immigration services is an advantage
Tanggung Jawab
- The establishment of Foreign-Owned Companies (PMA) and Domestic Investment Companies (PMDN)
- Business licensing, including NIB (Business Identification Number) , OSS, and other corporate legal documentation
- Visa and KITAS (Limited Stay Permit) applications, renewals, and amendments
- Provide legal and regulatory solutions tailored to clients' needs
- Maintain effective communication with clients in both Indonesian and English
- Ensure all legal documents and administrative processes comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations
