Leasing Staff

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 1 years of experience in retail or commercial property leasing Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and securing tenants

Strong understanding of retail trends, tenant mix strategy, and leasing processes Excellent negotiation and communication skills with both local and international tenants Capable of developing and executing leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets

Able to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and project teams Detail-oriented, analytical, and result-driven Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Willing to be placed at Jakarta Area
