Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Leasing involves the rental of commercial spaces and the management of tenant relationships. In this role, you will address tenant inquiries, prepare leasing documents, and aid in the coordination of daily leasing operations. You will be accountable for meeting leasing targets, fostering positive relationships with tenants, and ensuring all leasing activities are conducted smoothly in line with mall standards and procedures.
Assist in achieving leasing targets and maximizing mall revenue. Preparing, negotiating, and updating lease agreements and supporting, ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsible for leasing functions, including reviewing and negotiating lease transactions
Acquire new tenants and maintain relationships with current and potential tenants Act as the liaison between tenants and management, maintaining good relationships Ensure all leasing activities comply with mall policies and procedures.
Coordinate with tenants regarding setup, operation, and dismantling. Work closely with related departments for smooth execution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Mall leasing, sales, retail, or event/exhibition (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with tenants and partners.
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor.
