LEASING COORDINATOR

Job Description: Support leasing activities across Cornerstone-managed properties through coordination, reporting, and market analysis. Develop and maintain a database of prospective tenants, retail brands, and strategic business partners.

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and retail trend analysis to identify leasing opportunities. Monitor occupancy, vacancy, and lease renewal performance across managed properties. Coordinate with site leasing teams on tenant acquisition, lease renewal, and strategic leasing initiatives.

Prepare leasing proposals, presentations, reports, and business reviews for management. Support tenant mix planning and leasing strategies to enhance mall performance and customer experience. Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major. Minimum 3 years of experience in Mall Leasing, Retail Leasing, Shopping Center Leasing, Commercial Property Leasing, or related field. Proven experience in handling tenant acquisition, lease renewal, and tenant relationship management.

Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experienced in achieving leasing targets and occupancy objectives.
