This role is focused on supporting the Training and Talent Executive Division by developing comprehensive training materials. The primary purpose is to create Product, Technical & Investment training modules, as well as Sales Pitch and Sales Tools for all channels. This ensures that sales teams are equipped with the knowledge to perform professional selling, manage their activities, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions. You will be responsible for updating materials based on current sales tool developments, ensuring that all product information is clear, accurate, and includes competitor comparisons. Additionally, you will develop FA (Financial Advisor) training modules and tools to enhance the overall sales performance across the organization.
