Job Description Guide parents through the enrollment process and provide consultation on Genstarkids programs. Assist prospective students during assessments and recommend suitable learning programs.

Support classes as a Class Assistant when needed to ensure smooth learning activities. Build strong relationships with parents and students to ensure an excellent customer experience. Drive membership renewals and referrals to achieve sales and retention targets (commission eligible).

Handle administrative tasks related to student enrollment, assessments, and memberships. Collaborate with teachers and the operations team to ensure a seamless learning journey.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Good command of English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service experience.
