About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced Leader Machining CNC to join our team at PT Zeno Alumi Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the CNC machining operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Cikupa, Banten. As a key member of our skilled Fitter, Pembubutan & Ahli Mesin team, you will play a vital role in driving efficiency, quality, and innovation within our manufacturing processes. What you'll be doing Manage and oversee the CNC machining operations, ensuring optimal productivity, safety, and compliance with standard operating procedures Make programs for CNC machining operations Design CNC JIG machining Provide technical guidance and support to the CNC machining team, troubleshooting issues and implementing process improvements Coordinate the scheduling and allocation of CNC machining resources to meet production targets Monitor and analyse CNC machining performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and driving continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CNC machining activities with overall production goals Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of CNC machines and related equipment Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork within the CNC machining department What we're looking
