As a Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building out API-first services and event-driven architecture, with a core focus on scalability, security, and system robustness. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality products that are thoroughly tested to ensure a world-class user experience. Beyond technical implementation, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive process transformation, not only through automation but also by integrating Agentic AI capabilities into the forefront of our operations. In this role, you will be tasked with uplifting the overall development experience. This involves a strong focus on CI/CD pipelines and the implementation of key Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, and code refactoring. You will also contribute significantly to the ongoing evolution of the platform design and the associated toolchain, ensuring the team remains at the cutting edge of technology.
