Lead Development & Operations Coordinator

We specialize in ecological landscaping, edible gardens, regenerative agriculture, hospitality nature consulting, and nature-inspired projects that reconnect people with the environment. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and energetic individual to become an essential part of our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across business development, operations, marketing, and project coordination, with opportunities to work both in the office and in the field.

The Business Development & Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily growth and operations of Little Spoon. You will help manage client relationships, coordinate projects, prepare proposals and business documents, support marketing initiatives, and ensure that internal operations run efficiently. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, communicates confidently, and is excited to contribute to a purpose-driven business. Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Generate and organize new leads from online, referrals, events, and other channels. Qualify and categorize leads based on project type, location, and potential. Maintain an up-to-date lead database (CRM).

Coordinate meetings and site visits between prospective clients and the Director. Gather initial project information and ensure all relevant details are prepared before handing the lead over to the Director for consultation, quotations, and commercial discussions. Act as the first point of contact for existing clients regarding general inquiries and project updates.
