Lead Architect

Mazari Group is a design-led luxury property developer and operator based in Bali, focusing on boutique villa and hospitality projects. Unlike conventional firms, Mazari acts as both developer and operator, prioritizing long-term asset quality and guest experience over high-volume construction. The architectural team is involved in the entire project lifecycle, from land evaluation and concept design to construction and operational use. The Lead Architect will guide the architectural direction of luxury villa and hospitality developments. This role is a design leadership position within the developer, shaping concepts from early site analysis through construction and post-completion operation. The role requires a blend of architectural design, spatial strategy, and hospitality thinking, with direct involvement in development decisions that influence market positioning and guest experience.
