PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk is looking for a Land Transport Assistant Manager to join our team in Balaraja, Banten. In this role, you will oversee land transportation operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective deliveries while collaborating with internal teams and transport partners to maintain excellent service and optimize operational performance.
Tanggung jawab: Manage end-to-end land transportation operations to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective deliveries; Develop and manage trucking vendor partnerships to support operational excellence and drive continuous performance improvement; Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors based on business needs; Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and transportation costs and ensure its compliance; Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth transportation operations; Analyze transportation performance and recommend operational improvements; Requirements:; Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management , or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in land transportation, trucking, or logistics; Preferably from FMCG, Logistics, Transportation, Delivery and any related industries; Proven experience in vendor sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and performance management; Strong network with trucking vendors; Strong vendor relationship management and coordination skills; Fast-paced, agile, and able to work in a dynamic environment; Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; Willing to be based in Balaraja, Banten and mobile to designated area; Build your career with us and make a meaningful impact every day!.
