Job Description Promote and sell commercial land and commercial industrial land within Jababeka Industrial Estate Identify, approach, and develop a database of both domestic and international investors
Conduct active prospecting through cold calling, networking, business matching, and industry events Build strong relationships and negotiate with investors until deal closure Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and manage sales pipeline follow-ups
Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and investors Collaborate with all related departments to ensure smooth transaction processes until closing Participate in property exhibitions, trade shows, and business networking events to generate leads
Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1 in any major) Experience in property sales, industrial land, or B2B investment is an advantage
Strong communication skills (English required; Mandarin is a plus) Excellent negotiation and closing skills Target-oriented and experienced in handling high-value transactions
