• KOL Strategy & Campaign Planning: Develop and execute KOL and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and marketing calendars to maximize brand visibility and business growth
• Influencer Sourcing & Partnership Management: Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with relevant micro, macro, and mega influencers whose audiences align with target consumer segments and brand positioning
• Campaign Execution & Coordination: Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, product seeding, content review, timeline management, campaign tracking, and performance monitoring to ensure smooth execution
• Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with influencers, talent agencies, and partners regarding rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity agreements to achieve cost-effective collaborations
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, EMV, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI, and provide recommendations to optimize future campaigns
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop KOL Specialists/Executives to ensure high-quality campaign execution and continuous team growth
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, talent agencies, media partners, and relevant stakeholders to support sustainable brand advocacy
• Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor beauty industry trends, competitor activities, social media developments, and emerging creator opportunities to identify innovative marketing approaches
• Budget & Operational Management: Manage KOL campaign budgets, monitor spending efficiency, and ensure all activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and contractual agreements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital, E-Commerce, and Sales teams to ensure influencer campaigns are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives
