PT. Petro Utama Energi is seeking a dedicated and competent HSE / Environment Officer specializing in B3 waste management. The company operates with a focus on strict health, safety, and environmental standards. The role involves ensuring all company operations comply with health, safety, and hazardous waste (B3) regulations. The officer will identify and manage B3 waste, implement safety procedures, conduct audits, prepare environmental reports, and provide safety training to employees.
Tanggung jawab: Identify, classify, and manage B3 waste according to government regulations and industry standards; Develop and implement safe procedures for handling, storage, transport, and management of B3 waste; Conduct routine audits and inspections of B3 storage facilities; Prepare documentation and reports including electronic manifests and periodic reports to authorities; Provide training and education to employees regarding safe B3 handling and accident prevention; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of B3 management programs; Handle B3-related incidents and conduct investigations; Ensure availability and completeness of PPE for personnel handling B3 waste.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the mining industry (ex-mining); Experience as an HSE Officer / Environment Officer; Direct experience in B3 waste management in mining areas/sites; Understanding of B3 temporary storage (TPS) operations including receipt, identification, segregation, storage, and recording; Knowledge of manifests, logbooks, B3 balances, and environmental reporting; Understanding of regulations related to B3 management and utilization; Ability to conduct field inspections and ensure SOP implementation; Certification in PLB3 or related B3 management is preferred; HSE certification; Proficiency in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and ISO 14001; Strong analytical skills for risk identification and mitigation; High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
