Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Creator Partnership, Talent Management, or a similar role. Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory); able to communicate confidently with international creators and partners. Strong understanding of TikTok Affiliate, TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE, TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM), and other creator ecosystems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong knowledge of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Shopee Affiliate . Able to identify trending creators, viral content, and emerging social media trends. Familiar with affiliate marketing KPIs such as GMV, ROI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Engagement Rate, and Conversion Rate . Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare performance reports and optimize campaign results. Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office. Highly organized with excellent project management and time management skills. Able to manage multiple creator partnerships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Experience using CRM, creator management platforms, or influencer marketing tools is a plus.
