Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in KOL, Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, or Integrated Communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Experience in FMCG, Baby Care, Healthcare, Beauty, or Consumer Goods industries is highly preferred. Strong network with Indonesian media, KOLs, influencer agencies, MCNs, and PR agencies. Proven experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns and PR initiatives.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms. Excellent project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance and ROI.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred and will be considered an advantage. Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
1. KOL & Influencer Marketing Strategy Develop and execute integrated KOL and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with celebrity ambassadors, parenting influencers, healthcare professionals, hospitals, agencies, and content creators.
