We are an E-commerce company managing 6 fashion brands with the latest trends and currently ranked among the Top 100 Tiktok Live Shopping in Indonesia . We are committed to delivering high-quality products that inspire confidence in our customers every day. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our brands and are looking for KOL Affiliate Supervisor , who are fluent in Mandarin . Locations : Ruko ICE Business Park BSD
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development within TikTok e-commerce or content-driven platforms
- Experience in fashion or shoes brands is a strong advantage
- Candidates with purely Sales / Customer Service / Administrative backgrounds without proven BD achievements will not be considered
- Proven experience managing 100–200 KOLs / influencers
- Demonstrated achievement in generating GMV ≥ IDR 200,000,000
- Familiar with handling brands with an average selling price (ASP) of approximately IDR 200,000
- Hands-on experience with CPS schemes ranging from 8–12%
- Experienced in managing influencer-led live streaming and video selling initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct performance analysis and reporting (Excel proficiency required)
- Experienced in building and maintaining influencer tracking systems and databases (TikTok & Shopee Seller Center, TikTok & Shopee Affiliate Center, FastMoss)
- Solid understanding of tiered influencer management (top-tier, mid-tier, and long-tail)
- Strong communication skills, execution-driven, and consistent in follow-ups
- Ability to assess conversion and sales potential beyond follower count
- Mandarin proficiency (minimum HSK 5) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Job Description:
- Lead and manage KOL / influencer partnerships on TikTok e-commerce platforms and KOL Affiliate Specialist
- Own and drive end-to-end Business Development processes, including sourcing, pitching, negotiation, execution, and performance evaluation
- Oversee influencer collaborations for both live streaming and video content with a strong focus on driving sales performance
- Implement and optimize tiered influencer management strategies (top-tier, mid-tier, long-tail)
- Analyze and evaluate campaign performance based on GMV, CPS, and conversion metrics
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve: Influencer collaboration tracking sheets Performance recap and analytical reports Influencer database and relationship management system
