Posisi Key Account Online Trade di PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk bertugas untuk mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan (sell-out), mengelola hubungan dengan reseller online, serta menyusun strategi penjualan yang efektif. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat, pengelolaan anggaran yang optimal, serta orientasi penuh pada pencapaian target bisnis perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Drive and achieve sell-out targets across PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk online reseller stores; Build and maintain strong relationships with existing online reseller stores while driving their sales growth and performance; Develop impactful programs, sales strategies, and marketing plans to maximize sell-out and business growth; Monitor reseller store performance, conduct negotiations, and manage deals to strengthen business partnerships; Manage and optimize budgets effectively to support sales performance and achieve business targets.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce or Key Account; Target-oriented, ambitious, and equipped with strong communication skills; Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills; Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel; Result-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; Able to join ASAP and willing to work fully WFO.
