Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in agency/creative/production (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Understanding of creative processes (content, production, digital)
• Confident in client-facing situations and presentations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good negotiation and strategic thinking skills
• Proactive, responsive, and responsible
• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office / Canva

Tanggung Jawab

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs
• Prepare proposals, briefs, and client presentations
• Develop timelines and ensure deliverables are on schedule
• Coordinate project needs with internal teams (shooting, design, AI, etc.)
• Oversee projects from pre-production to post-production
• Manage revisions and ensure outputs meet client expectations
• Maintain quality aligned with company and brand standards
• Negotiate scope, timeline, and budget with clients
• Identify upselling and additional service opportunities
• Handle daily client communication (updates, feedback, revisions)
• Monitor project performance (deadlines, workload, efficiency)
• Maintain client relationships for retention and repeat business
• Manage client database and project history
