Key Tasks & Responsibilities : Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisationMaintain accurate employee records and documentation, including personal information, employment history, and performance reviews Coordinate employee training and development programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce Provide support in the implementation of HR policies and proceduresCollaborate with departmental managers to address any HR-related concerns or issues
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Psychology; At least 2- 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within factory.; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively; Proficient in the use of HR-related software and tools; Highly motivated, detail oriented, systematic, honest and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities..
