Provide Construction activities required to ensure the functions efficiently and effectively to meet the objective of the current business plan in line with corporate policy and procedures Produce monthly project’s plan Create construction civil works plan in daily, weekly, monthly and annually

Produce daily and weekly plan of project’s work Monitor the progress of project work by producing the timeline monitoring Monitor utilization and efficiency of manpower & equipment which be used for project’s work

No re-work activities Produce and monitor the budget of project activities in daily, weekly and monthly basis Manage relationship with subcontractors to ensure a high level of performance in terms of time, cost and quality

Co-ordinate establishment, monitoring and update of all project plans, budgets program and resource requirements to ensure delivery of project on time and to budget Maximise profitability to satisfy or exceed financial goals of the project Graduate Civil/ Structure Engineer or 5 years experience in construction projects

3 – 5 yrs experience in similar role in construction/mining activity, especially in Coal Hauling Road Maintenance. Communication-written & verbal skills in English and Indonesia Time Management Teamwork and Leadership.
