1. Minimum graduates from Vocational High School (Engineering Major) 2. Minimum 3 years experience in training center department (familiar with training module and technical competency assessment) 3. Technical and mechanical knowledge (heavy equipment)

4. Willingness mobile to remote area (as operational needed) Job Responsibilities: 1. Prepare, compile and master the literature, and training tools to be used in the foundational training

2. Review, analyze, and apply modules and training tools to be executed to the training participant 3. Personally teach, explain, inform, and supervise participant with lack of understandable on training material explained during the teaching and learning process 4. Review, analyze, and modify the method of teaching and learning conducted in the foundational training
