1. Responsible for rebuilt trust and relation with customer, approach them and re introduce Trakindo as a services company and provider solution. Approach customer thru explore customer need and want also Prime product offering. 2. Responsible for evaluating and managing sales lead and opportunity until stage 4 in pipeline/ sales funnel, maintenance and buying habits, and sales target per customer to ensure All sales leads and opportunities are captured and create quotation. 3. Responsible for handling customer complaint, identify customer problems, forward the problem to related party (technician, engineer, etc.), present at customer premises during problem shooting or product delivery.
