Site Administrator Sangatta We are looking for Site Administrator to Provides high-level administrative support and accounting support in site, as well assistance to the Management in site Sangatta. Responsibilities Organize and manage all tasks carried out by the office drivers. Organize and manage all local flight arrangements. Organize and manage all arrangements for visiting guests (travel by rental or company car / accommodation etc). Manage the room allocation for Expat employee or visitor Prepare Travel Authority for Management site. Liaise with customer secretarial staff as required. Responsible to buy minor local direct purchases. Delivery all invoice to Customer Account Dept. Manage invoices submitted by suppliers of services and goods to Liebherr Sangatta. Manage all aspects of the petty cash system. Liaise with Maintenance Planners at the end of the month to create  SMU recapitulation for the FMC excavator fleet and Management Fee Carry out all other tasks allocated to you by your Superiors.
