We are currently seeking professional candidates with strong analytical ability, high sense of achievement, have business & commercial sense, good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill, to join our winning team. Drafter Requirements : • Male : Max 30 years • Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software • Familiar with 3D modeling tools • Good math skills • Ability to meet deadlines • BSc in Engineering, Architecture or degree from a technical college • Able to communicate with all level people is advantage • able to read engineering drawings • Able to work individually as good as team and able to worn under deadline • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field . Preferably specialized in engineering – civil/construction / structural or equivalent Penempatan Balikpapan Site Manager Requirements • Good knowledge of building methods and regulations • 5 years experience in a construction environment or project-based work site • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) desired, but not required • Budget management experience required • Familiar with developing a Site Safety plan • Willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends, as needed) • Good knowledge of modern construction techniques with a strong eye for detail. • Excellent communication skills ; • Ability to manag
