Junior Recruitment

We are a manufacturing company seeking a Junior Recruitment or Recruitment Officer who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified candidates to fill vacant positions within the organization. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from preparing job descriptions to onboarding new employees, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and an efficient recruitment process for the company. Key Responsibilities Develop monthly and annual recruitment plans and strategies to meet the company's workforce requirements.

Create clear and compelling job descriptions for all open positions. Source candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial interviews, both by phone and face-to-face, to assess candidate suitability. Collaborate with department managers (hiring managers) to establish selection criteria and provide feedback regarding interviewed candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the HR Manager or hiring managers.

Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Gather feedback from candidates regarding their experience during the recruitment process. Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and new hire retention rates.

Prepare monthly reports on recruitment activities and hiring results. Manage employment contract renewals based on employee performance evaluations and contract assessments. Coordinate with the HR Administration team regarding employee resignations, terminations, and new hires.
