Junior Production Leader (Fresh Graduate)

This position is designed for fresh graduates and junior professionals (0-1 years experience). Job Description (Production Leader): Support the supervision of daily production activities to ensure operations run smoothly and meet targets

Coordinate with team members on the shop floor to ensure work is carried out according to plan Assist in preparing and executing daily production plans in line with department objectives Monitor production processes and report any issues, delays, or abnormalities to the supervisor

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP), safety, and quality standards Provide basic guidance and direction to operators when needed Prepare daily production reports, including output and any operational challenges

Collaborate with related departments to support smooth production flow Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production area Job Requirements (Production Leader):

Fresh Graduate Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Bachelor Degree (S1) graduates are overqualified for this position and will not be prioritized. Basic leadership capability with a strong sense of responsibility
