Junior Procurement staff

About the role PT Shinsung ENC Indonesia is seeking a Junior Procurement Staff to join our dynamic Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory team. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta . In this role, you will support the procurement function by assisting with sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control activities. You will play an important part in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials and services that keep our operations running smoothly. What you'll be doing Assisting with the sourcing and identification of suppliers and vendors for required materials and services Supporting the preparation of purchase orders and ensuring accuracy of specifications, quantities and pricing

Maintaining and updating procurement records, databases and documentation Liaising with suppliers to track delivery schedules, resolve issues and ensure timely receipt of goods Supporting inventory management activities, including stock monitoring and reconciliation

Assisting with the evaluation of supplier proposals and quotations Supporting the preparation of procurement reports and analysis for management review Communicating with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and timelines

Contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and efficiency What we're looking for D3/S1 in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related engineering disciplines).
