The Care Laundry (TCL) – Jakarta Office The Care Laundry (TCL) is looking for a Junior Customer Service Officer to join our team in Jakarta. We are seeking a customer-oriented and responsible individual who can provide professional service, handle customer enquiries, and support the smooth operation of our daily customer service activities. Minimum Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude. Good problem-solving and follow-up skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic digital communication tools. Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced service environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information regarding laundry services, pricing, promotions, collection and delivery schedules
- Assist customers with orders, bookings, payments, and service-related requests
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up
- Coordinate with the Operations and Delivery teams to resolve customer issues and fulfil service requests
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in the relevant systems
- Follow up on outstanding customer requests and ensure issues are resolved within the required timeframe
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned
