About The Company: The working venue is in Cikarang. Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company . Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Sales Staff (Open for Fresh Graduate).

Job Responsibilities: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, including handling inquiries, conducting regular visits, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations for existing accounts, including negotiation and closing deals

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery Handle invoicing and support payment follow-up, while monitoring overall sales progress and performance metrics for existing customers Address customer complaints, investigate root causes, provide timely solutions, and implement preventive measures

Generate reports on sales activities, market feedback, and support the achievement of sales targets and KPIs Assist Japanese users with sales-related coordination and communication, acting as a liaison to ensure their technical and commercial needs are understood and addressed promptly Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from any major Conversational to proficient Japanese language ability (JLPT N3 or above); Good English skill proficiency Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship roles
