Posisi Japanese Speaker Purchasing EXIM Staff berperan penting dalam menjembatani komunikasi dengan pemasok global berbahasa Jepang serta mengelola seluruh rangkaian aktivitas pengadaan barang dan logistik ekspor-impor perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup penanganan aktivitas purchasing seperti mencari sumber pemasok, meminta penawaran, membandingkan harga, dan menerbitkan purchase order. Anda juga akan berkoordinasi dengan pemasok lokal maupun luar negeri, mengelola dokumen ekspor-impor, bekerja sama dengan forwarder dan bagian bea cukai, memantau jadwal pengiriman, serta melakukan negosiasi harga dan kontrol biaya sesuai dengan prosedur perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, comparing prices, and issuing purchase orders; Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods; Support Export-Import (EXIM) documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other related paperwork; Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies regarding import and export shipments; Monitor shipment schedules, delivery status, and customs clearance processes; Communicate and coordinate with Japanese-speaking counterparts, suppliers, and internal departments in Japanese; Support price negotiations, supplier evaluations, and cost control activities; Ensure all purchasing and EXIM activities comply with company procedures and applicable import-export regulations; Maintain accurate purchasing records, shipment documents, and related reports; Other duties as assigned; Job Requirements:.
