Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily vehicle operations, including scheduling and driver coordination Manage company facilities such as the office building, meeting rooms, and canteen

Supervise drivers, office support staff, and security personnel Handle foreign staff administration, including work visa processing Assist in monitoring the implementation of HRGA KPIs

Provide Japanese–local staff translation and interpretation Conduct routine plant inspections and patrols to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with internal standards Organize training sessions to promote environmental awareness among employees

Monitor and manage petty cash for GA operations Serve as the main point of contact (PIC) for Japanese foreign staff, supporting their daily work, accommodation, and living needs Other responsibilities as needed
