We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented IT professional to support and enhance our company's digital operations. This role combines IT support, application development, business process automation, and system improvement initiatives. You will work closely with users and stakeholders to ensure system reliability while driving digital transformation through technology solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal applications, systems, and users. Analyze user requirements and propose effective IT solutions to support business operations. Develop and maintain internal applications, databases, and business systems. Create and manage automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Develop dashboards and reports to support business monitoring and decision-making. Monitor system performance, perform maintenance, and resolve system issues. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. Coordinate with users, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth system operation. Support digital transformation initiatives through process improvement and technology adoption. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 1–3 years of experience in web application development or programming role Proficient in PHP programming language, Composer, and Laravel framework
