Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan dukungan teknis IT dan operasional. Anda akan menangani infrastruktur IT, pemecahan masalah perangkat keras, serta administrasi server dasar untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional perusahaan. Peran ini menuntut pemahaman mendalam tentang jaringan, sistem operasi, dan alat pemantauan. Anda akan bekerja dalam sistem shift untuk mendukung kebutuhan operasional, terutama di industri layanan keuangan, dengan mengedepankan kemampuan analitis dan komunikasi yang baik.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support, Infrastructure Support, or Ticketing Support; Understanding of networking, hardware troubleshooting, MySQL, Unix/Linux, and basic server administration; Familiar with routers, switches, access points, and ticketing systems; Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; Willing to work in shifts and support operational needs; Honest, disciplined, and responsible; Experience with firewall configuration and network monitoring tools; Experience in operational support or financial services industry; Basic understanding of accounting processes and English communication; Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
