Monitoring IT systems' performance and pinpointing areas for enhancement to improve efficiency and reliability, as well as identifying potential issues and suggesting mitigation strategies. Identify which updates, patches, and bug fixes are needed, proposed, and execute the approved ones to be implemented in production systems. Forecasting future IT systems’ resource needs and planning for upgrades and expansions. Managing operating systems, software applications, and user access to ensure smooth and secure operation. Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments. Utilize various approved diagnostic techniques and tools to identify the root cause of issues. Use procedures and knowledge-base articles to efficiently solve the problems. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate third-level support or vendors. Implementing and testing backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity in case of data loss, system failures, or disaster. Responding to and resolving technical issues and service outages in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime. Identifying the root causes of recurring incidents and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences. Implementing changes to IT systems and infrastructure in a controlled and documented manner to minimize risks. Creating and maintaining accurate documentation and working instructions of IT Operation.
