Support daily IT operations by maintaining systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all devices run efficiently.
Tanggung jawab: Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software; Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues; Provide technical support to all departments; Ensure all IT systems and equipment operate efficiently; Perform routine maintenance and manage IT assets; Coordinate with external vendors when required.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; At least 1 year of experience as an IT Support; Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting; Good problem-solving and communication skills; Able to work independently and as part of a team; Willing to be based in Payangan, Gianyar – Bali; Available to join immediately is an advantage.
