Deskripsi pekerjaan
Peran IT Staff (Developer & Support) bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan seluruh komponen workstation perusahaan dapat beroperasi dengan lancar, meliputi pengelolaan perangkat keras (hardware), perangkat lunak (software), serta infrastruktur jaringan (network). Peran ini juga mencakup pengembangan program internal serta pemeliharaan sistem agar operasional perusahaan berjalan tanpa hambatan.
Tanggung jawab: Monitoring software & Hardware, Windows Registry and Anti-virus Program; Assist, maintain and support all the company workstation components running smoothly such as hardware / software, and networks; Develop web and in house programs/applications; Fixes systems and network problem; Ensure data security and integrity.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline; Minimum 2 year experiences as IT Developer and/or IT Support, preferable from Healthcare Industry; Knowledgeable on network, hardware/servers, printers, IT infrastructure and related software; Has experience doing diagnostics, administration, back-up and maintenance activities of hardware, system and network; Knowledgeable on Microsoft Windows Operating System, Office 365, Active Directory, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server; Knowledgeable on web developer using PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter) or similar framework; Good communication & problem solving skills; Willing to work shifting.
