Posisi IT SAP SD bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola, mendukung, dan meningkatkan proses yang berjalan pada modul SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), termasuk Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, dan Master Data. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan analisis yang kuat untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis ke dalam solusi sistem SAP yang efektif, serta berkolaborasi dengan berbagai departemen untuk memastikan kelancaran integrasi proses bisnis secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage, support, and improve the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module based on business requirements; Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions; Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues, including Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Customer Master, and Material Master; Perform SAP SD configuration, testing, and implementation of system changes; Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth business process integration; Support integration between SAP SD and other modules, particularly MM, FI, and PP; Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and propose continuous improvements; Prepare and maintain documentation related to SAP configuration, processes, troubleshooting, and system changes; Support SAP projects, including requirement gathering, UAT, implementation, deployment, and post-implementation support; Support integration or business processes related to Salesforce as an added advantage.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, SAP SD Specialist, or IT SAP SD; Strong understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) business processes; Good understanding of SAP SD integration with MM and FI modules; Experience in SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, UAT, implementation, and system support; Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
