Posisi IT QA Engineer Automation menuntut profesional yang kompeten dalam memastikan kualitas, stabilitas, dan keandalan aplikasi web maupun seluler di lingkungan perusahaan skala enterprise. Peran ini melibatkan perancangan, pengembangan, dan pemeliharaan rencana pengujian, kasus uji, skenario, serta skrip uji otomatis maupun manual. Anda akan berkolaborasi erat dengan para pengembang, System Analyst, Product Owners, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk memastikan seluruh kebutuhan kualitas terpenuhi sepanjang siklus pengembangan perangkat lunak (SDLC dan STLC). Tugas harian mencakup pelaksanaan pengujian fungsional, regresi, integrasi, API menggunakan Postman, hingga uji performa dan beban menggunakan JMeter. Anda juga berperan dalam mengotomatisasi skrip menggunakan Katalon, melacak serta memverifikasi cacat, berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan Agile/Scrum, serta mendukung integrasi pengujian otomatis ke dalam pipeline CI/CD.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for web and mobile applications; Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application quality and stability; Design and execute automated test scripts using automation testing tools such as Katalon; Conduct API testing using Postman to validate application integrations and service functionality; Perform performance and load testing using JMeter to evaluate application scalability, reliability, and responsiveness; Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle; Collaborate with Developers, System Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure application quality requirements are met; Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; Prepare and maintain testing documentation, test reports, and quality metrics; Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies; Execute automation test runs, analyze test results, document findings, and ensure application functionality meets quality standards; Support integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer or Software Tester; Experience in manual testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing; Ability to develop, maintain, and manage automation test suites based on application requirements; Understanding of test automation concepts and experience using automation testing tools such as Katalon; Experience in API testing using Postman; Experience in performance testing using JMeter or similar tools; Familiarity with Cucumber/Gherkin for managing test scenarios or test data is required/preferred; Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; Excellent attention to detail and communication skills; Willing to work onsite; Experience testing both web and mobile applications in enterprise environments; Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing integration.
