Perusahaan ini sedang mencari IT Project Manager untuk bergabung dengan tim di Jakarta dalam kontrak 6 bulan. Peran ini berfokus pada memimpin pengiriman proyek IT end-to-end, mengawasi eksekusi lintas fungsi, dan memastikan proyek dalam domain asuransi selesai tepat waktu dan sesuai ruang lingkup. Sebagai pemimpin yang proaktif, Anda akan bekerja dalam lingkungan yang bergerak cepat dan berorientasi pada tujuan. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola siklus hidup pengembangan perangkat lunak (SDLC) serta memastikan kolaborasi yang efektif antar pemangku kepentingan.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.; Minimum 2-3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or Project Lead handling software development initiatives.; Hands-on project experience in the insurance or financial services industry is required.; Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.; Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.; Strong leadership, task prioritization, and risk management skills.; Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.; Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight project.
