Peepl sedang mencari IT Odoo Business Analyst yang berbasis di Jakarta untuk bekerja secara WFO. Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis, mengelola implementasi sistem Odoo, serta mengawasi tim pengembang agar pengiriman proyek berjalan lancar dan tepat waktu. Analyst akan berperan sebagai jembatan antara kebutuhan pengguna dan solusi teknis. Tugas utamanya mencakup penyusunan dokumen fungsional, konfigurasi modul, pengawasan developer, serta memimpin proses pelatihan pengguna dan peluncuran sistem.
Tanggung jawab: Analyze user requirements and prepare FSD; Configure Odoo modules and conduct fit-gap analysis; Supervise Odoo Developers and monitor delivery; Lead UAT, user training, and go-live; Manage change requests and project progress.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree (S1); Minimum 3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional / ERP Business Analyst; At least 1 year of experience supervising a team.
