Kualifikasi

• Min. D3/S1 majoring Information Technology or Computer Science
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience working with LAN, WAN, TCP-IP, firewall and switching/routing configuration and administration
• Familiar or have experience in Netwrk design, plan & implementation, network security, windows server, and linux server administration
• Proficiency in using network diagnostic and monitoring tools during troubleshooting
• Work well independently and in a team setting
• Job Responsibility:
• Responsible to design, configure, deploy, and maintain all network hardware and software, including routers, switches (managed), firewalls, wireless controllers, and access points
• Responsible to Plan and execute network infrastructure upgrades and expansions to support growth and new technologies
• Responsible for performing regular network maintenance, including firmware updates and hardware refreshments
• Proactively monitor network performance, utilization, and security alerts using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar
• Implement and manage network security
• Responsible for serving as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex network-related incidents and problems, providing root-cause analysis and permanent solutions
• Responsible to create and maintain detailed, accurate network documentation: diagrams, IP address schematics, configurations, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure network compliance with internal policies and relevant industry standards
• Work with ISPs and telecom vendors to manage WAN circuits and resolve external service issues
