Perusahaan mencari IT Manager yang berpengalaman dan bermotivasi tinggi untuk memimpin serta mengelola sistem teknologi. Posisi ini bersifat strategis sekaligus teknis (hands-on), bertanggung jawab dalam memastikan stabilitas, keamanan, dan skalabilitas aplikasi perusahaan, serta menjembatani kebutuhan bisnis dengan solusi teknis yang efektif.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT / Software Development; Proven experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or IT Manager; Strong proficiency in Laravel; Experience with Next.js / React; Backend development experience using Node.js / Express.js; Experience working with PostgreSQL databases; Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3); Experience with Google Cloud services (Storage, APIs); Familiarity with Git (version control) and Linux server environments; Ability to work independently with full responsibility for system reliability and performance; Experience developing HRIS, attendance, or online assessment/psychometric systems (Preferred); Experience with multi-tenant architectures (Preferred).
