Mereka sedang mencari IT Manager untuk memimpin transformasi digital, infrastruktur, dan sistem ERP di seluruh lini bisnis. Sebagai IT Manager, Anda akan mengembangkan strategi IT dan roadmap teknologi perusahaan. Tanggung jawab Anda mencakup pengelolaan infrastruktur (server, jaringan, keamanan), implementasi dan optimasi sistem ERP, manajemen aset IT, serta memimpin tim IT untuk memastikan operasional berjalan lancar dan aman. Anda juga akan berperan dalam penilaian risiko, pelaporan kinerja, dan memberikan rekomendasi teknologi kepada manajemen.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and manage the company’s overall IT strategy and technology roadmap in line with business requirements; Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, internet connectivity, firewall, VPN, and inter-branch connectivity; Ensure the security of the company’s IT systems, network, email, and data, including access control, backup, and cybersecurity measures; Manage, develop, and optimize business applications and ERP systems according to business needs; Oversee the implementation, integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ERP and internal applications; Coordinate with users, development teams, and vendors to ensure effective application and ERP implementation and issue resolution; Manage IT assets, hardware procurement, maintenance, and IT support services across company locations; Manage IT projects, vendors, licenses, budgets, and technology implementation; Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, backup systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans; Lead, develop, and evaluate the IT team to ensure effective IT operations and service delivery; Provide IT risk assessments, performance reports, and technology recommendations to Management.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a Supervisor, Lead, or Manager role; Strong experience in IT infrastructure and networking, including servers, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and network security; Experience in ERP implementation, development, integration, or management, as well as business applications; Good understanding of application development, databases, system integration, and application vendors; Good understanding of IT security, email security, access management, data backup, and cybersecurity; Experience in hardware, IT asset management, IT operations, and technical support; Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, communication, and decision making skills; Willing to be placed in Kosambi, Tangerang.
