- Develop and maintain internal business applications
- Support shared services applications and system integration
- Assist in application cost estimation and project implementation
- Manage user accounts and application access
- Support database administration and application performance
- Implement application security and IT best practices
- Participate in IoT and digitalization initiatives
- Support ERP system operation and enhancement
- Perform application testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Assist in IT budgeting and procurement activities
