Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain hardware (servers, computers, printers, CCTV) and software in both factory and office environments. Manage local area networks (LAN/WLAN), including routers, switches, firewalls, and internet access.
Provide technical support (helpdesk) for issues related to computers, networks, printers, and internal applications. Perform routine data backups (servers, production databases) and test data recovery (disaster recovery). Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies, including antivirus, firewalls, patch management, and access control.
Monitor logs and suspicious activities (malware, phishing, unauthorized access) and respond to security incidents. Prepare documentation for network configurations, hardware inventories, security policies, and monthly reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 or S1 (Bachelor's degree) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Support within a manufacturing (factory) environment. Hands-on experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, MikroTik/Cisco) as well as servers (Windows Server/Linux).
- Understanding of cybersecurity (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, patch management, tools such as Wireshark/Nmap) and common attack types (malware, phishing, ransomware).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, MikroTik, or CEH are highly preferred and considered a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, with high integrity, able to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta, and able to work outside regular office hours if required (maintenance/incident response).
