Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Previous experience supporting POS systems, hospitality systems, or restaurant technology
- Strong understanding of networking, WiFi, hardware troubleshooting, and digital platforms
- Experience with hospitality operations is an advantage
