We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as an IT Business Partner and Innovation Incubation Officer (Outsource). In this role, you will support business transformation initiatives by bridging business needs and technology solutions while driving digital innovation across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and facilitate the development of IT solutions for business units and stakeholders. Develop System Requirements Specifications (SRS) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Conduct analysis and design activities to ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions. Support digital innovation initiatives and identify emerging technology trends that can improve business processes and services. Prepare feasibility studies and provide recommendations related to IT solution development initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/principles to support technology transformation projects.
