Ensure IT systems, POS, and network infrastructure operate smoothly to support daily store operations.

Tanggung Jawab

· Ensure IT systems, POS, and network infrastructure operate smoothly to support daily store operations
· Perform daily system processes, including Start of Day (SOD), End of Day (EOD), and data synchronization
· Maintain database security by performing regular backups and monitoring antivirus protection
· Prepare and provide daily, monthly, and departmental sales reports
· Provide IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and coordinating with external service providers
· Conduct routine maintenance of IT equipment, including POS printers, servers, and computer hardware
Requirements:
· Min. education SMA/ SMK in a related field
· Min. 1 year of experience in the retail industry
· Fluent conversation in English
· Great communication and customer service skills
· Willing to work in shift, weekend, and public holiday
